Terms and Conditions (GTC) of AMT-Solutions GmbH for the service lckd.one

1. Scope and Contracting Parties

1.1.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, products, digital security services, and web applications offered by AMT-Solutions GmbH, Eichenstraße 4a, 57539 Roth, Germany.

1.2.

The service “lckd.one” is a technical security and privacy tool that enables users to manage, temporarily store, or encrypt their own data, access credentials, files, and digital content locally, without AMT-Solutions GmbH viewing, managing, or permanently storing any content.

1.3.

Deviating terms of the user shall not apply unless AMT-Solutions GmbH has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Description of the “lckd.one” Service

2.1.

lckd.one is a digital security service operated on Swiss servers of the hosting provider Infomaniak. The Swiss server infrastructure serves exclusively for the technical provision of the application.

2.2.

lckd.one is designed so that AMT-Solutions does not permanently store personal content. Technically unavoidable transient system processes (e.g. temporary storage in RAM) do not result in permanent or analyzable storage.

2.3.

AMT-Solutions GmbH provides its services exclusively by making the platform available. There is no entitlement to specific results, features, or permanent availability unless explicitly agreed.

2.4.

Use of the service is at the user’s own risk. AMT-Solutions GmbH assumes no responsibility for content, data, or actions initiated or processed by users via lckd.one.

3. Requirements for Use and User Obligations

3.1.

Users undertake to use lckd.one exclusively in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

3.2.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• pornographic content of any kind, regardless of form or legal classification
• extremist, radical, or politically motivated content violating constitutional principles
• illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activities
• harassment, abuse, stalking, or surveillance of third parties
• any use that may damage or impair lckd.one’s servers, infrastructure, or software

3.3.

AMT-Solutions GmbH assumes no responsibility for unlawful or abusive use by users.

3.4.

Users are obliged to create their own backups of their data. lckd.one does not replace a backup solution.

3.5.

Users are solely responsible for protecting their access credentials and end devices.

4. No Storage, No Access, No Disclosure of Data

4.1.

lckd.one does not permanently store user content, neither on German nor on Swiss servers.

4.2.

Since AMT-Solutions does not have access to content at any time, no data can be disclosed, neither voluntarily nor upon request by authorities, as long as no data exists.

4.3.

If, in exceptional cases, minimal technical system information must be stored (e.g. log files for platform operation), this occurs:

• in anonymized or pseudonymized form
• without personal reference
• solely for operation, security, or error analysis

4.4.

AMT-Solutions GmbH is not obliged to restore data or reconstruct technically lost content.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1.

lckd.one is a digital security service based on high technical standards. However, it is expressly stated that 100% security cannot be technically guaranteed.

5.2.

AMT-Solutions GmbH shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5.3.

Liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded, in particular:

• data loss of any kind
• damage caused by incorrect operation
• damage resulting from insufficient backup systems on the user’s side
• damage caused by external attacks, malware, hardware or software failures
• damage caused by the use of third-party hardware such as USB devices, adapters, or extensions

5.4.

lckd.one provides no guarantee for:

• scope of functionality
• continuous availability
• compatibility with future system versions
• archived or persistent storage capabilities

5.5.

The user is solely liable for all inputs, transmitted content, and actions within the system.

6. Prohibited Content and Forms of Use (Extended List)

The following content and actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension:

6.1. Content that is absolutely prohibited

• Pornography of any kind
• Depictions of minors in sexual contexts
• Content glorifying violence
• Content of extremist groups
• Politically radical propaganda
• Terrorist content or instructions
• Racist or discriminatory content
• Deceptive deepfakes
• Fraud attempts, identity theft, phishing
• Recording or processing personal data of third parties without their explicit consent

6.2. Use that threatens technical integrity

• Automated attacks or brute-force attempts
• Injection attacks, reverse engineering, decryption attempts
• Mass data requests (“scraping”)
• Use of manipulated clients or devices

7. Availability and Maintenance

7.1.

lckd.one is operated according to best technical standards, but without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

7.2.

Planned maintenance work will be announced where possible.

7.3.

Unexpected disruptions, outages, or system issues do not entitle users to compensation.

7.4.

The service may be discontinued or modified in whole or in part at any time.

8. Prices and Payment Terms

8.1.

If lckd.one offers paid features, the prices published on the amt-solutions.de website shall apply.

8.2.

Prices are stated in euros including statutory VAT.

8.3.

The contract begins upon registration or use of the service.

8.4.

Invoices are due immediately.

8.5.

Access may be suspended in the event of late payment.

9. Termination and Contract End

9.1.

Users may terminate any existing usage relationship at any time.

9.2.

AMT-Solutions GmbH may terminate access without notice if:

• legal provisions are violated
• prohibited content is used
• security risks are caused

9.3.

After termination:

• no user data is stored
• there is no entitlement to restoration
• all access to the service expires

10. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Design Protection

10.1.

All designs, representations, logos, texts, UI elements, and technical implementations in lckd.one were created internally by AMT-Solutions and are protected by copyright.

10.2.

Any use outside of lckd.one, in particular copying, reverse engineering, distribution, or sale, is prohibited.

11. Data Protection and Data Security (Detailed Notice)

We could make this ten pages long, but here are the most important points in full:

11.1 Core Principle: “Data Minimization and Non-Storage”

lckd.one stores:

• no content
• no passwords
• no personal plaintext data

The platform is designed to be technically incapable of reading user data.

11.2 Server Location: Switzerland

• Hosted by Infomaniak
• Swiss data protection law applies in addition to EU law
• Exceptionally high privacy standards

11.3 No Disclosure of Data

Since no data is stored, no disclosure can occur.

No access, no logs with personal reference, no content.

12. Final Provisions

12.1.

German law shall apply.

12.2.

Place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of AMT-Solutions GmbH, insofar as legally permissible.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12.4.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Users will be informed in due time.

By using lckd.one, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
