Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services of AMT-Solutions GmbH – lckd.one

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers (i.e. natural persons who do not use lckd.one predominantly for commercial or professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

The conclusion of the contract already includes:

• Registration
• Purchase of a digital package
• Payment confirmation
• Activation of a digital service
• Use of lckd.one features, provided they are subject to a fee

To avoid any issues later:

The use of a digital feature may already constitute full performance of the contract, which may result in the early expiration of your right of withdrawal. More details below.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform AMT-Solutions GmbH:

You must submit a clear statement of withdrawal, for example by email.

A sentence such as “I hereby withdraw from the contract” is sufficient.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your withdrawal notice.

The reimbursement will be made:

• using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction
• without any additional fees

Sounds simple. It is.

4. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

This is the key legal point that is always decisive for digital services:

Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

• you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period,
• AND
• you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Such services include:

• Activation of a lckd.one account
• Enabling of technical features
• Use of paid modules
• Provision of digital services
• Certificate or license activations

In other words: if you say “Yes, please start immediately,” and we activate the service, the right of withdrawal is lost. This is exactly how the law intends it.

5. No Right of Withdrawal in Certain Cases

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• the service has been fully performed
• you have agreed to the commencement of the service
• you have confirmed that your right of withdrawal expires
• the service cannot be reversed for security reasons (e.g. software keys, activated modules)
• the digital content has been individually configured or personalized

As lckd.one is designed to be highly sensitive, certain components are considered to be services that are fully performed immediately.

6. Special Notes on the lckd.one Structure (Zero-Storage System)

lckd.one does not store any content, therefore:

• there is no return of data
• no reversal of stored content (because nothing is stored)
• no restoration of usage states

The withdrawal therefore relates exclusively to financial or contractual aspects, not to the return of data or features.

7. Example Withdrawal Scenarios (for clarity)

Withdrawal possible:

You purchase a package, do not use the service, and request cancellation 48 hours later.

→ Withdrawal possible.

Withdrawal not possible:

You purchase a package and immediately use a software feature.

→ Early expiration.

You activated an individual setup (e.g. a customized business package).

→ No right of withdrawal.
