This privacy policy applies to all digital services, systems, websites, web applications, mobile applications, and all functions of lckd.one, including server-based processes, user interfaces, and all related technologies.
2. Basic Principle: lckd.one does not store personal content
2.1.
lckd.one has been designed so that no personal user data is stored permanently. All content entered, used, processed, or transmitted by users remains entirely under their control and is not stored in AMT-Solutions databases, log files, archive systems, or other storage media.
2.2.
Any processing occurs only temporarily for technical provision. Data fragments may temporarily exist in RAM, temporary buffers, or transient system processes. These contents are:
- not permanent,
- not analyzable,
- not storable in a personal manner,
- not traceable.
2.3.
From a technical standpoint, AMT-Solutions does not consider itself a "data-holding operator" regarding user data, but solely as a platform provider without access to content.
3. Server Location in Switzerland and Additional Privacy Layers
3.1.
lckd.one is operated on servers of the hosting provider Infomaniak (Switzerland).
3.2.
Therefore, technical subprocesses are subject both to GDPR requirements and the strict Swiss data protection laws (nDSG).
3.3.
Switzerland is considered a country with particularly high levels of protection.
3.4.
Even in Switzerland, no personal content is permanently stored or logged.
4. Categories of Data Not Collected or Stored
The following types of data are explicitly not stored, analyzed, evaluated, or archived:
- Content, files, photos, documents, or other user data
- Passwords or keys
- Access codes, PINs, biometric data
- Plaintext communication
- GPS or location data
- Browser histories
- Chat histories
- Interactions and usage history
- Communication content of any kind
- Personal identifiers (name, address, email, etc.)
We store: nothing.
We see: nothing.
We share: nothing.
5. Technically Necessary Data (Minimal System Logs)
5.1.
To maintain technical operations, small amounts of anonymized system data may occur, for example:
- Abbreviated IP fragments for detecting attack patterns
- Technical status messages
- Timestamps of server processes
- Error messages or crash reports without personal reference
5.2.
These data are:
- automatically anonymized,
- not combined into user profiles,
- used solely for stability, security, and error analysis,
- regularly and automatically deleted.
5.3.
There are no:
- Tracking systems
- Marketing analytics tools
- Profiling mechanisms
- Advertising cookies
- Device fingerprinting
lckd.one is deliberately designed to be minimalistic and privacy-friendly.
6. No Sharing, No Selling, No External Analysis
6.1.
Since lckd.one does not store user data, no personal data can be shared with third parties.
6.2.
Explicitly excluded are:
- Sharing with authorities
- Sharing with advertising partners
- Commercial sharing
- Data trading
6.3.
Even in legal requests by authorities, no release is possible, as no user-related data exists.
7. Prohibited Content & Abuse Protection (Privacy-Relevant)
7.1.
lckd.one strictly forbids processing the following content:
- Pornographic content
- Extremist, radical, or politically motivated material
- Glorification of violence
- Discriminatory or illegal content
- Content that harms, compromises, or spies on third parties
7.2.
Privacy-relevant here means:
Since AMT-Solutions cannot view any content, full responsibility lies with the user.
7.3.
If abuse becomes apparent through external indications, AMT-Solutions may block access without viewing content.
8. Security Measures
lckd.one uses a high level of security, including:
- Server-side encryption
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS)
- Firewall systems in Switzerland
- Zero-content architecture
- Restrictive access rights
- No personal databases
The platform follows the philosophy:
"What we do not store cannot be lost, stolen, or disclosed."
9. Processing Upon Contact
9.1.
If users voluntarily contact AMT-Solutions (email, phone, support form), the data actively provided by users will be processed.
9.2.
This typically includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Content of the request
9.3.
These data are stored solely for the purpose of responding.
9.4.
After completion of the request, they are deleted unless legal retention obligations exist.
10. Cookies and Tracking
10.1.
lckd.one does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes.
10.2.
Only technically necessary cookies are used if unavoidable for login or session stability.
10.3.
These cookies:
- Store no content,
- Contain no personal data,
- Are automatically deleted.
There is no tracking, profiling, or advertising technology.

- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Since lckd.one does not store user-related content, these rights are practically void.

lckd.one does not perform automated analyses, evaluations, classifications, or decisions.
12.2.

12.3.

- Platform security
