Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for lckd.one / AMT-Solutions GmbH

1. Purpose of the Policy

This policy defines the acceptable, responsible, and lawful use of the lckd.one platform, including all associated services, tools, software components, USB/client applications, and server resources provided by AMT-Solutions GmbH, Eichenstraße 4a, 57539 Roth.

The AUP serves to protect:

  • the technical integrity of the system
  • the security of all users
  • compliance with legal requirements
  • the prevention of abusive, unlawful, or dangerous use

Non-compliance will result in immediate suspension and may lead to civil or criminal consequences.

2. General Principles

2.1.

lckd.one may only be used for lawful, responsible, and ethically acceptable purposes.

2.2.

Users act on their own responsibility.

AMT-Solutions does not control content, store data, or monitor activities – therefore, users bear full responsibility for all actions and data they introduce into the platform.

2.3.

Any use that endangers the platform, other users, or public safety is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content may under no circumstances be created, processed, stored, transmitted, or shared via lckd.one (not even temporarily or for testing purposes):

3.1. Pornographic Content

  • any form of pornographic material
  • depictions of nudity in a sexualized context
  • sexualized content involving minors (strictly prohibited)

3.2. Political and Extremist Content

  • content from extremist groups
  • anti-constitutional symbols or propaganda
  • political agitation, incitement, or calls for violence

3.3. Depictions of Violence

  • real or staged violence
  • sadistic or cruel content
  • glorification or threats of violence

3.4. Discrimination and Hate Speech

  • racist or ethnically motivated content
  • sexist or homophobic content
  • personal attacks, threats, or insults

3.5. Unlawful Content

  • copyright-infringing files or software
  • content violating data protection, copyright, or trademark laws
  • breaches of confidentiality obligations

3.6. Deception, Fraud, and Manipulation

  • fake identities
  • deepfakes intended to deceive
  • social engineering preparations

3.7. Malware and Technical Attacks

  • viruses, trojans, ransomware
  • exploits, backdoors, sniffers
  • instructions for hacking or exploiting vulnerabilities
  • tools to bypass security mechanisms

4. Prohibited Activities

Regardless of content, the following activities are not permitted via lckd.one:

4.1. Attacks or Disruptions

  • DDoS, flooding, or overload attacks
  • tampering with security features
  • bypassing access controls
  • reverse engineering of the software

4.2. Automated Usage

  • bots, scripts, scrapers
  • automated, excessive, or abusive querying
  • automated creation or extraction of data

4.3. Sabotage or Misuse of Functionality

  • using the software to damage other systems
  • using it to spy on third-party devices
  • use in preparation for criminal activities

4.4. Unauthorized Distribution

  • sharing the software with third parties
  • use of the platform by unauthorized persons
  • circumventing license terms

4.5. Data Protection Violations

  • processing personal data of third parties without legal basis
  • use for collecting or analyzing private information
  • uploading sensitive data without authorization

5. User Responsibility

5.1.

Users must ensure that:

  • their devices are not compromised
  • they do not introduce prohibited content
  • they securely store passwords and access credentials
  • they use the software only within the scope of the EULA
  • they apply security updates

5.2.

Users are fully liable for damages caused by prohibited use.

5.3.

Users must immediately report technical issues or security concerns to:

support@amt-solutions.de

6. Measures in Case of Violations

6.1.

In the event of violations of this policy, AMT-Solutions may, without prior notice:

  • suspend usage
  • deactivate access
  • terminate contracts
  • revoke licenses
  • deny support

6.2.

Additionally possible:

  • disclosure to law enforcement authorities (if legally required)
  • claims for damages
  • permanent account suspension

6.3.

Any form of refund is completely excluded in case of violations.

7. Technical Limitations and Security

7.1.

lckd.one is based on zero-content technology, meaning user data is not stored.

7.2.

Nevertheless, users must not:

  • overload the system
  • abuse it
  • use it as a testing environment for cyberattacks

7.3.

The user remains responsible for:

  • backups
  • device security
  • local encryption
  • secure password practices
  • use of compatible hardware (e.g., USB drives)

8. Use for Business Purposes

If lckd.one is used in a business environment, the user must ensure:

  • compliance with all company policies
  • GDPR compliance
  • no use by unauthorized employees
  • staff training

Companies are liable for the conduct of their employees.

9. Changes to the Policy

AMT-Solutions may update this AUP at any time, in particular if:

  • legal changes occur
  • new features are introduced
  • security requirements increase
  • abuse scenarios arise

The currently valid version is published on amt-solutions.de.

10. Final Provisions

10.1.

This AUP is an integral part of:

  • the Terms and Conditions
  • the Privacy Policy
  • the EULA

10.2.

Any use of the platform requires acceptance of this AUP.

10.3.

In case of contradictions, the strictest interpretation in favor of system security shall apply.
